Union Strategy
The best place to look is on your own server – look for whoever has good rewards in the top 10 whose power minimum you meet.
From your current Union tab, click Union Hall, Manage Union, search union. It’ll show 10 unions and their badge level. Click the union name and it’ll show the requirements to join (minimum level, minimum power, language, etc) and a list of union members including the union elders.
If you don’t like these unions, you can click on people posting in the recruitment channel and snoop their union the same way.
This is the best way to get into a good union besides knowing someone – messaging always gets better results than cold applying. Especially if they are full. When I go to join a union I will 100% want to see full unions. I look up their elders and then message them and give them my power level and current weekly activity level and tell them I am looking for a more active union and ask if there is any room for me.
Usually they are happy to kick the lowest guy, especially if he hasn’t logged in for a day etc. Doing this approach has a much better success rate vs blind applying. If they say yes, tell them you’ll drop clan as soon as they give the sign and then wait for them to boot someone and then drop tags and wait for the 10 minute time out and then jump immediately before the spot gets filled.
