Hero copies required to get from Epic to Immortal:
- Excellent+ – 2 Copies of Hero
- Epic – Excellent+ Hero & Excellent+ same faction hero
- Epic+ – Epic Hero & 2 Excellent+ same faction heroes
- Legendary – Epic+ Hero & Excellent+ Hero
- Legendary+ – Legendary Hero & 2 Epic same faction heroes
- Mythic – Legendary+ Hero & Excellent+ Hero & Legendary same faction hero
- Mythic+ – Mythic Hero & Excellent+ Hero & Epic same faction hero

Top 6 Heroes
Unless you have a very dominating carry that can speed you through content, it’s probably more beneficial to distribute resources across your 6 primary heroes. Your highest level top 6 hero can only be at most 2 evolves above your lowest level top 6 hero.
I pooled my resources into Toko as soon as I could to build up cards and equipment for her. She was able to consistently kill 2-4 enemy heroes in the 1st round, which accelerated be through a lot of content much quicker than it would’ve otherwise taken me had I distributed resources over 6 heroes.
But that only worked because Toko can hit as hard as she does. There’s a handful of damage carries that are able to do this. Indira is another.
If you don’t these types of heroes yet, then your best bet is likely going to be to distribute resources among your top 6. Maybe focus harder on the best 3 of your top 6. If you have 1 or 2 very weak heroes among your top 6, they will frequently drag the entire team down. Pierre, Crow, Satan are examples of enemy heroes that exploit weaker heroes in your lineup.
If one of your heroes die quickly, it ends up harming your team overall more than just the loss of one member as some enemy hero’s damage potential scales quickly each time one of yours goes down (such as Pierre, Satan, Crow).
