Three Spaceships:
- Dimension Hunter
- Ship of Theseus
- Black Samurai
Ships act at the end of a round once their energy bar fills up. They appear in the top left corner above your first line of heroes. Black Samurai isn’t unlocked until you have cleared enough levels on Lost Lands.
You can reset and respend on ships for free so feel free to try them all out.
The Black Samurai does more damage at one time, but the Attack ship does more over 3 rounds. So the BS can be swingy (depending on who it targets). If you’re facing a heal team they might heal through the Attack ship damage over time. Black Samurai can get lucky and have 3 missiles hit the lowest person and knock them out or hit someone who is shielded and get wasted.
If you’re stuck you can always try swapping ships and see if it helps.
Black Samurai is good vs high HP bosses since it does percent max HP damage and all the missiles are guaranteed to hit one boss.
Later in the game as you upgrade the ship to max level, look at the other benefits to your team heroes besides raw damage. Group Attack increases character attack by 15% and crit by 10%.
